TEST NOTES: Citrus colour. Intense and complex aroma, with notes of ripe fruit combined with toasty notes from the barrel. Balanced palate, with great structure and a persistent finish.
VINIFICATION: Harvested by hand. Fermentation in French oak barrels.
EXPECTED LONGEVITY: 5 to 7 years
