The user undertakes to make diligent use of and keep secret the access code(s) and user name(s) assigned, in each case, to access the site or the services.
The user shall be liable for any damages of any kind that the Casa da Urra Online Shop may suffer as a result of non-compliance with any of the obligations to which it is subject by legal notices.

A Casa da Urra Online Shop does not guarantee the availability and continued operation of the site and services and excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack thereof.

A Casa da Urra Online Shop offers the user the following payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), “payment for services” ATM (at any ATM), Paypal and MBWAY. Once the order details have been received, the user has 48 hours to make the payment. If they do not pay within this period, the order will be cancelled. If you choose to pay by ATM, you will receive an e-mail with details of how to pay at an ATM or Homebanking service. The Urra House allows products purchased under the terms of Decree-Law 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20 May to be returned within 14 days. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact our customer service team on (+351) 245 382 203 or by e-mail at loja@casadaurra.com, giving your details and order number. The deadline for cancellation is 7 calendar days after the purchase has been made. If the order has already been dispatched, the customer will bear the cost of sending and collecting the goods. The deadline for refunding the customer is 3 working days after receipt of the goods by Casa da Urra.

In the event of an online consumer dispute, the consumer can use an online dispute resolution (ODR) system, the ODR Platform (“online dispute resolution”), which is competent to resolve disputes relating to contractual obligations resulting from online sales or service contracts.
